Social Life Magazine Cocktail Party

Last night the president of Pine Street Properties Fund invited us to the exclusive Social Life Magazine Cocktail Party at the Covent on E. 55th Street and Lexington. We met the event coordinator, Cass Almendral, who made the night inviting and entertaining. The publisher, Justin Mitchell, was also present to represent this top-notch luxury magazine.

"Social Life Magazine is the premier luxury publication for the Hamptons. [The] content - which covers the luxury lifestyle on the local, national, and international levels — targets the captive audience of high-net worth and high-income individuals that summer on the East End of Long Island. Printed on top quality paper stock with seamless binding, the composition of the magazine itself mirrors the affluent market in which it is distributed — from Westhampton to Montaulk. Luxury readers turn to Social Life to peruse the most exclusive event photos in society, read in-depth interviews with celebrities, and review sophisticated fashion editorial.By providing our readership with unparalleled content, we have established ourselves as the "must read" magazine for Hamptons and Manhattan tastemakers."

We met some great friends and look forward to attend more events with Social Life Magazine!

Saint James Fashion Show at the Hotel on Rivington

Livents attended the Saint James Fashion Show at the Hotel on Rivington in New York City. The setting and ambiance was very chic. I had the honor in meeting the public relations coordinator, Erica Powell. In support of our former models: Julia Gosen and Brendan Amoruso, we witnessed an amazing collection for S/S 2011 by Saint James that evoked a "laid-back" and "rugged" attitude. The company was originally started to create attires for yachtsmen in Lower Normandy in 1889. There were lots of striped sweaters, pea coats, and solid colors. The collection with the chosen hair and make-up allowed the show to be very editorial . Overall, this event was fun, entertaining, and fashionable!

Kat De Luna Wearing SACHIKA S/S 2011

Livents joined the SACHIKA twins in meeting their celebrity client, Kat De Luna, at the People Magazine (En Espanol) event today. Kat De Luna is an amazing person with a fantastic attitude. Coincidentally, she was the former colleague of Flersier Bello, Executive Partner of Livents. During the performance, Kat De Luna wore "Tia," a beautiful colbat blue jumpsuit with a low back, sheer v-neck, and puffy shoulders. There were exquisite jewelry details along the sheer "V" of the torso. This piece says "sexy" without saying it. This outfit is ideal for any party. At the red carpet portion, Kat De Luna wore "Kira," a black jumpsuit with a sequined heart-shape corset and crochet top. "Kira" can be dressed up or down for any occasion and any season.

NY Junior League – Sustainer Cocktail Party

We had the honor in attending the New York Junior League’s Sustainer Cocktail Party on September 16, 2010 at the Junior League headquarters on E. 80th Street. We met some phenomenal women, who have been part of the Junior League for more than 10, 20, 30, or 40 years. They have devoted time and effort to volunteerism and giving back to the community. We met Lisa Hathaway Stella, the president of the New York Junior League, who illustrated a welcoming attitude to us (provisionals) and a strong sense of leadership. We hope to become further inspired by these wonderful women of high society. The organization has been in existence for more than 100 years and we are proud to be part of the New York Junior League.
