My name is Dante S. Briggins and I participated as a model in a runway show that was put together by Lisa Li of Livents. I am currently signed to Wilhelmina models but was drawn to this show because of what YouLiveandYouLearn.Org stands for. Livents arranged this event for YouLiveandYouLearn.Org, which gives up and coming models, designers, make up artists, and photographers the opportunity to display their talents in format that normally is unavailable to them. I believe I made bonds with the models and designers that will last a lifetime. Ms. Li and her staff made sure that all T’s were crossed and all I’s were dotted. This experience allowed me to get back to the basics of modeling and renew my passion for what I love to do. The staff then went above and beyond to continue to send out castings, set up photo shoots, and alert us all of media opportunities after the show had been completed. They will always have my support in any future endeavors. I was inspired by the opportunity and wish Livents continued success in the future.

And I have to roll with whatever happens...This event has helped me prepare for my future by showing me where my personal strengths and weaknesses lie which is crucial for personal and professional growth. This organization was extremely accommodating and helpful with its supplying of models, location, photographers, everything. That networking is important. I spoke with many people who I exchanged information with and hopefully made many important contacts. I plan to create a website, continue creating, and hopefully participate in many more shows.

I was honestly a little apprehensive about what the experience of using a broker would be when I moved to NYC. I imagined being shown a string of places I would never want to live in, and people saying anything to convince me every place was the right place — or that I should raise my budget. I met some brokers who did this, but thankfully I found Lisa. My friend recommended Lisa to me when I needed to find a studio apartment in an unexpectedly short amount of time. The minute I contacted Lisa, she went to work, mapping out apartments around my price range to see a couple days later. I wanted to write a brief letter to express my gratitude for Lisa's help
in my apartment search last month. I originally contacted Citi Habitats
online a few months prior to my weekend-long hunt last month, and my
e-mail was returned by Lisa. What luck! She called me almost
immediately, and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all of
my questions about living and renting in New York before she even knew
if I was a serious client or not. She was remarkable about keeping in
touch and responding to all my questions quickly in the lead-up to my
hunt.
When my father and I arrived and met her she warned us that we were in
for a whirlwind, and she was right! I was worried we would only be shown
a few places and that I would have to pick the best of whatever it was,
but Lisa had 10-12 places picked out that met my requirements, and that
she had already contacted to make sure we could get in that day.
My gratitude for Lisa, however, goes beyond my appreciation for her
work-ethic and incredible customer service. During the course of our
search, my father had an severe medical emergency that required
immediate attention. Not only did Lisa remain calm, but she actually
came to the ER with us, and stayed in the lobby for two hours (in case
we needed anything from snacks, to advice, to directions). We were blown
away that someone we barely knew would take time out of her day and her
incredible amount of work to simply make sure we were ok.
Luckily, because Lisa had already shown us so many places, and I had
already fallen in love with one, it all worked out fine. My father
recovered, and Lisa led us through the application and lease-signing
processes.
I have now been in my apartment for a few days, and it has beyond
exceeded my expectations. Whatsmore, Lisa has remained in contact to
make sure my move went smoothly and to see if there was anything more
she could do. I feel so lucky to have had an agent who made me feel more
like a friend than a client, and who I trusted would do everything she
could to help me find a place I love.
I cannot recommend Lisa enough, or over-exaggerate the level of customer
service we recieved.

I wanted to inform the appropriate people at Citihabitats about a
recent interaction with Lisa Li. I was visiting NYC on business October
4th and 5th and called Citihabitats while I was in town because my son,
Greg, had just done an internet/online interviewed for a job in NYC and
I wanted to do a little leg work while I was in the city in case he got
the job and had to move. I called your office and Lisa answered the
telephone. I explained the pending situation and gave her the
information of the location where the job potentially would be (E 51st
& Park Ave). I explained we would be looking for a studio within
walking distance and that if he was offered the job he would have one
week to move! Yes, ONE WEEK!! She spent about 20 minutes with me on that
initial call, explaining different areas of area and some of the city
nuances. She was very knowledgeable and responded very well to my unique
pending situation. Well, the good news came on October 11th -
Greg was offered the job. So, I immediately called Lisa and reminded her
of our conversation the week before and said we needed to jump on it.
She was great! Starting on October 12 she was sending photos to both me
(living in Cleveland) and Greg (living in Dallas). She was able to
identify a great location and found 2 studios in a building only a
couple blocks from his job. One available right away which was very
sparsely furnished and was not quite as appealing as the second unit
which we were told couldn’t be ready in time for the move in date of
October 21. Well, Lisa went to bat and creatively figured out a way to
work with the rental company to get the second studio unit available
sooner, and in time for the move in date of October 21. From the photos
Lisa sent it seemed to be a very nicely furnished unit so we committed
to it. So starting October 14 we were doing the paperwork. Lisa
was amazing. She was emailing me in Cleveland and Greg in Dallas at all
hours of the day and up until midnight for the next couple days in
order to get all the paperwork completed. She creatively worked to get
all signatures needed even though the owner was in New Jersey, the
renter in Texas and the co-signer in Ohio! She performed quite a
juggling act. She was confirming details and calling my cell phone or
emailing me with every step so we were both assured nothing was falling
through the cracks. The documents were completed on October 18 (4
days!). Greg and I drove from Dallas to NYC, arriving at noon on Sunday
October 21. Lisa took her personal time on Sunday to meet us at the
apartment building and went into the unit with us to open it up, turn
over the keys and make sure it was as the pictures had shown. I
cannot applaud her above and beyond effort enough. She is the epitome of
excellent customer service and you can be assured I will call her again
should Greg need additional help in the future or should anyone else I
know need housing assistance in NYC. She is truly exceptional and you
should feel proud (and lucky) to have her on your team

As a first time renter in NYC, my roommate and I were so lucky to have

just so happened I liked one of her listings and emailed her. From the
